All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our upcoming events. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order to confirm availability and receive a discount code for free shipping.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately and we will work with you to find a solution.
We are not responsible for items after they are delivered by USPS. Please consider ordering your item to a local pick-up point with a secure drop-off.
We are able to accept returns and exchanges on some of our products, in original, sellable condition. Please find more details below about excluded products, return procedures, and restocking fees.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with any original tags and labels attached. For purchases made between November 1 - and December 15, returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of purchase date.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We can provide a USPS shipping label, which enables you to schedule package pick-up, and the cost will be deducted from your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Items ineligible for return or exchange
Custom pieces and bone embroidery cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $30
